I should've been documenting all of the many amazing things happening for the dream team over the past few months, because there is a really probable chance that I'm going to leave something really cool out by mistake.  But, let's see if I can shake a few of my favorite highlights out for you.

As you know, my life is a "We" project, never a "Me" project.  Musically, my Dream Team is my family.  It's as if we all sit around a dinner table each night and share our rose buds and thorns and if help is needed (and for me, it's ALWAYS needed!), they are the folks that we call upon to ensure it's done with much success and integrity. 

Here's what's been going on around the dinner table lately:

1.  "Open Your Heart", a Lori Mechem original is quickly becoming an anthem for survival, hope and courage.  This tune is being re-recorded (with a few surprise guests) to become the official song of the 2010 Man & Woman of the Year Campaign for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.  Additionally, stay tuned to hear "Open Your Heart" for a 'Save the Children' benefit on CNN soon! 2.  Heather Brand is taking Nashville by storm.  She too is rallying around Nashville's premier fundraising campaign and is the official photographer for Man & Woman of the Year. She's conquered the world of politics and fashion and now she's becoming on of the most sought-after photographers for the music industry.  Have you visited her site lately?  www.heatherbrand.com. Plus, she has another huge announcement coming up, but I'm going to let her share that with her world first.  Stay tuned....

3.  Maxx Myrick has been a very busy man!  Besides managing my blossoming career, he is a writer for www.examiner.com and has a few other major works up his sleeve.  I hate to keep you all in suspense, but it's worth staying tuned to learn what is going on.
